Our tank holds 600 gallon of saltwater which is approximately 2271 liters. The tank has a dedicated 3 ton air-conditioning unit to keep the equipment room cool for all of the pumps and motors required to operate this tank. The tank runs 24 hours seven days a week. The fish are fed three times daily with dried baby prawns, formula one which is dried mixed seafood and formula two which is dried seaweed. We also feed them with frozen food which are scallops, clams, krill, squid, mussels and frozen formula one/ two and silverside fish. The tank is cleaned and serviced at least once a month by a crew of three saltwater experts. It takes up to six hours to service our four tanks. The service crew rotate the decorative corals with new ones and change 20% of the Catalina water. Catalina water is lightly filtered ocean water from San Diego sea. The water is delivered to our house and stored in a dedicated 800 gallon tank aerated with a pump to keep it fresh. Our fish are from different coral reef locations around the world. Each of our fish are name. Please try to identify them as they swim by. Please enjoy this fish movie made especially for our family and friends. This is another Cala Brucker Creation made with the assistant of associate film editor Jack.
