While looking for pics for my son's wedding, I came across this video from TV in 2003. This horse abuse case is where Serena came from. As most of you know, she has just had her right eye taken out due to years of treatment for uvietis, resulting from malnutrition. Serena was one of 26 horses that were the lucky ones. Twenty plus others died before the rescue efforts.
